Project Overview
Our quotation includes preparing 6 x 12mm c 80cm solid steel bars Galvanised and powder coated anthracite grey RAL 7016, cutting away the damaged bars and welding new bars in place, Galvafroid new weld joints then paint overusing anthracite grey metal paint, adjust both gate hinges, all sundries required and full gate recommissioning
All works were completed on 11/12/2025.
Works Completed
- Removed all bent and damaged steel bars from the gate
- Cut away the damaged sections and welded the new bars securely into place
- Treated all weld joints with Galvafroid for long‑term protection
- Repainted both gates using anthracite grey metal paint for a clean, uniform finish
- Adjusted both gate hinges to ensure correct alignment and smooth operation
- Fully recommissioned the gates and confirmed everything was functioning correctly
- Left the site clean, tidy and the gates looking refreshed and secure
